Sports Therapy can be useful for rehabilitation after an injury, or to improve your mindset in order to focus on your training. Depending on your requirements, the therapist can work with your psychologist to ensure that treatment provided is tailored to your particular needs.

Group Coaching for management, team communication and skills training.
We start by exploring your existing strengths and identify what will help you achieve greater success. Business Coaching is useful if you have an unknown ‘thinking block’ that stops the business going in the right direction. It is also useful when things are going well and you want to gain higher levels of engagement, motivation and performance.
If you find daily life hard, then a Lifestyle Coach may help. If you have problems doing things such as having your haircut, going shopping, being outside, walking the dog, planning your cooking and other daily things, then we can help. We can work with you to find the best way to make things easier for you to do. Depending on where you live, you can come to us, or we can come and talk with you in your house. You can choose what is easiest for you.
