Better Health Psychology Group Workshops

Relationships - Building Communication and Connection

A practical workshop to improve your effective talking skills.

June 14, June 29, July 9, July 27, 2019

This workshop will be helpful to singles, couples, family and friends to learn how to discuss any topic in a way that avoids fighting. Hear what your partner/friends really want to say without getting drawn into emotionally charged arguments. This is a focused and practical class that teaches you specific, effective techniques. The aim of this workshop is to shift your way of thinking about communication into a more productive and effective mind-set. It is also useful for people who have good communication skills but who want to develop more effective conversations where important things are discussed and you feel great afterwards.

This is a 3 hour workshop with a maximum of 8 places available. You only attend one day so chose one time from the available dates. (Currently only the first date is shown. More dates will be posted in future.)

The "Relationships: How to stop fighting and start understanding each other"

Refunds are available until 7 days before the event. After this time, no refund is available.

There are no refunds if you are late or do not attend. If another workshop is available at a later date, then it is up to the organiser's discretion to allow you to transfer your ticket to that event.

If a person attends and is disruptive to the group, then they will be asked to leave with no refund. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, a printed ticket is not necessary. The organiser will have a list of names of the participants.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Yes, your ticket is transferable. You would need to organise the transfer yourself. If possible, please email us with the updated name (however if this is not possible, then tell us on the day).

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Tickets are transferable and so the ticket name doesn't need to match the person who attends.
